We buy the inventory
Committed purchase orders — EHA sells to us. We carry the inventory risk, import duties, marketing costs and market-building investment.
Confidential · Prepared for EHA / MYNUSCo, Bengaluru · July 2026
Exclusive Distribution & Brand Operations Proposal.
Building EHA into a recognized sustainable home & kitchen brand across the United States.
EHA has built something rare: a genuinely differentiated sustainable brand — proprietary biocomposite technology, verified carbon accounting, thousands of satisfied customers in India. Yet in the world's largest market for sustainable home goods, its presence is effectively unmanaged: no advertising, no brand protection, inconsistent stock, and at least one copycat already using EHA's own content.
Committed purchase orders — EHA sells to us. We carry the inventory risk, import duties, marketing costs and market-building investment.
Take over, protect and professionally run EHA's Amazon.com presence — Brand Registry, listings, Storefront, A+ content, advertising and enforcement against unauthorized sellers.
New lines selected for US demand — starting with pet care (slow-feeding bowls), drinkware sets, small planters, kitchen storage and Q4 gift combos.
Premium, durable, reusable homeware made from upcycled crop waste with a verified carbon story — a claim set no competitor in the category can copy.
A controlled sequence: Walmart Marketplace, Etsy gifting, a dedicated EHA USA web presence, Faire wholesale, and B2B corporate gifting through our client network.
Weekly KPI dashboards shared with EHA, and growth on agreed, measurable performance targets that protect both sides.
Our shared goal: make EHA a recognized eco-friendly household brand in the US within 12 months — Amazon as the credibility and cash-flow engine, and a durable multi-channel business built on top of it.
From EHA's factory gate in Bengaluru to the US customer's doorstep — clear roles mean fast execution and no gaps in accountability.
Sourcing & Export Coordinator
Exclusive Distributor · Importer & Seller of Record
Brand & Marketing Operations
Manufactures the product and retains full global ownership of brand and trademarks. Provides distributor pricing, compliance documents, product data and packaging artwork; grants Brand Registry access and authorized-distributor status.
Deepleen's own Texas distribution center gives EHA bulk storage that keeps FBA fees low, fast replenishment, a returns-processing point, and direct wholesale & B2B capability — things a pure Amazon seller cannot offer.
As an established service provider with an existing client network, we can place EHA products with our own business clients — corporate gifting, hospitality, retail — demand that exists today and doesn't depend on marketplace ranking.
The US is the largest, highest-value market for sustainable home goods. Consumers are actively replacing plastic, melamine and disposables across kitchens, homes and pet care — and search demand on Amazon.com is large, evergreen and growing.
Most "eco" competitors sell vague claims. EHA sells verifiable ones: proprietary biocomposites from upcycled rice husk, coffee husk and bamboo offcuts; ISO-verified Life Cycle Assessment with carbon accounting; QR-code traceability on product; free of BPA, melamine, phthalates, styrene and PFAS; certified to US, EU and Indian food-contact standards. In a category under greenwashing scrutiny, provable claims are a decisive advantage.
Crop-waste sourcing that prevents field burning and creates farmer income is powerful, authentic US marketing content — made for TikTok, Instagram and A+ brand pages.
Lightweight, unbreakable, dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe products sit in the sweet spot between cheap plastic and fragile ceramic — for families, outdoor use, offices and rentals.
The US slow-feeder pet bowl niche is high-volume and premium-priced — yet has no established sustainable-materials brand. EHA's Maze, Fountain, GreenPaws, Ecosteel and Ecoblend lines can own this space.
EHA's US presence today is an unguarded asset: real brand equity, real reviews, real listings — and nobody protecting, funding or growing them. Every month this continues, copycats entrench, reviews stagnate, and the brand's US first impression erodes. Our first 30 days are designed to stop this immediately.
Premium, durable, reusable home and kitchen products made from upcycled crop waste — with a verified carbon footprint you can scan on the product.
Rice husk, coffee husk and bamboo offcuts that would otherwise be burned.
Unbreakable, lightweight, dishwasher-safe; reusable for years, recyclable after extensive use.
Melamine-free, BPA-free, PFAS-free; certified to US and EU food-contact standards.
ISO-verified Life Cycle Assessment and per-product QR traceability.
Crop residue purchased at fair prices instead of burned in fields.
US regulators (FTC Green Guides) and Amazon actively police environmental claims. EHA's durable lines are fiber-and-polymer biocomposites — reusable, not compostable — so every listing and ad follows one rule set:
Matte natural-texture close-ups and “biocomposite — not ceramic” framing in images and copy, protecting star ratings and reducing returns.
Disposable / compostable search terms are excluded, so advertising money is spent only on shoppers seeking durable products.
Part of the catalog is already live with review history, while the strongest opportunities have never launched in the US. So we scale what exists — and launch what's missing.
Take over, fix and aggressively grow the live ASINs. One hero per category anchors the store and advertising structure:

Oldest listing (~2020) with the deepest positive review history; low price point; ideal traffic anchor for the Brand Store.

High evergreen search volume; strong eco differentiation vs plastic incumbents; set pricing supports healthy ad economics.

Right size and count for high-volume keywords (microwave-safe, unbreakable bowl sets); 6-pack raises average order value.

Hits the highest-volume plate keywords; a clean mid-tier gap between premium bamboo and budget wheat-straw competitors.

Massive evergreen small-planter demand with strong gift intent; set-of-4 economics beat the 2-pack.
Classic mug 4-pack, Majestic 2-pack, snack plates with spoons, curry bowls, mixing bowls with lids, 4″ pots 2-pack as retargeting / cross-sell.
Any ASIN under ~3.8★ or ~8% conversion or in low stock; the Comfy cups multi-pack until material-expectation content is fixed; the Storefront landing ASIN until confirmed live in the US. Exact review, rating, conversion and Buy Box data pulled from Seller Central / Helium 10 on account access to finalize tiering.
New listings launch with a zero-review playbook: Amazon Vine, launch pricing, coupons and content-led conversion.
Maze & Fountain slow-feeding bowls, GreenPaws, Ecosteel and Ecoblend bowls. Slow-feeders are a high-volume, premium-priced niche ($15–25 typical) with no sustainable-materials leader — and the products are light and stackable, so freight economics are excellent.
Chai cup sets — strong gifting and South-Asian diaspora angle — plus Classic / Majestic gift-ready multipacks.
Daisy / Deco 4″ sets of 3–4; self-watering lines (EcoBloom etc.) as the highest-intent cluster; large 12–14″ planters deferred (dimensional weight erodes margin).
Divided / partition plates — a high-conversion niche with weak eco competition — and curated dinner-set bundles.
EHA's gift combos map directly to US holiday gifting and to corporate gifting through Deepleen's B2B clients. To hit the season, combo selection and PO must be finalized by early September. We request the full Gift Catalog file and combo pricing from EHA.
Prices are EXW Bangalore — Deepleen carries every cost from the factory gate: inland transport, export clearance, ocean freight, US duties, drayage to Texas, prep and FBA inbound. Because US–India tariff policy has moved between roughly 10% and 50% within twelve months, every SKU is modeled under three duty scenarios, with a duty-adjustment mechanism written into the supply agreement.
Full catalog economics work; aggressive launch pricing possible.
Focus on set-based offers and premium niches — pet, storage, gifting.
Restrict to highest-margin SKUs; revisit pricing with EHA; air / ocean mix reviewed.
Current effective rate to be confirmed with a licensed US customs broker against each product's HS code before the first PO. Likely classifications: HS 3924.10 tableware / kitchenware; 3924.90 / 3926 planters and household articles.
Even mid-case, the margin comfortably absorbs FBA fulfillment (~$4–6), the 15% referral fee and heavy launch advertising. Comparable math holds for pet bowls, canisters and small planter sets. A full per-SKU P&L is delivered on receipt of the completed price list and broker duty confirmation.
Launch pricing 10–15% below the direct competitive set to build velocity, ranking and reviews — stepped up as organic rank establishes. Set-based and bundle offers (Set of 2/4/6, Buy More Save More, Virtual Bundles) lift average order value and absorb fixed logistics costs.
A Minimum Advertised Price policy agreed with EHA protects the brand's premium position across all US channels and future retail partners.
Per-SKU launch inventory, weekly replenishment reviews, FBA restock limits and IPI actively managed.
Protects against FBA storage limits, Q4 capacity squeezes and stockouts — a stockout on a review-backed ASIN destroys ranking history and wastes every advertising dollar behind it.
Advertising never switches on for an ASIN below its safe stock threshold — protecting spend efficiency and ranking.
US labeling (country of origin, material disclosure, care instructions, importer ID, category requirements), GS1 UPC barcodes and FNSKU, e-commerce-grade protective packaging to minimize damage returns — with EHA's brand approval at every step.
Sustainability story, QR code to the traceability page, care guide and social links — designed to convert a first purchase into brand affinity. Fully Amazon-TOS-compliant inserts; no review incentivization.
Agreement signed · completed price list · SKU & gift-combo selection frozen · compliance documents received.
First PO placed · packaging artwork approved · production starts.
Goods on the water · listings, content and campaigns built and staged.
Inventory checked into FBA · holiday campaigns live for Black Friday / Cyber Monday / December gifting.
Every listing rebuilt to US standards: keyword-optimized titles, benefit-led bullets, 8+ images (hero, lifestyle, dimensions, material close-ups, comparison, certifications, packaging) and mandatory product video. Premium A+ content: brand story, farm-to-product journey, verified-carbon module, comparison charts, cross-sell modules.
Redesigned as a premium lifestyle store: Kitchen & Dining, Drinkware, Planters, Pet, Storage, Gifting, Best Sellers, New Arrivals, Our Story / Sustainability.
Per SKU: ~10 primary, ~30 secondary, ~100 long-tail keywords — including Spanish-language terms — owned before expanding, plus a maintained negative list excluding disposable / compostable traffic.
Every new listing is planned from zero reviews: Amazon Vine on every eligible ASIN at inventory arrival, automated Request-a-Review on every order, excellent packaging and fast support to intercept dissatisfaction. Strictly no incentivized reviews or manipulation.
Launch stack per new SKU: 10–20% coupon, Prime Exclusive Discounts during events, Limited-Time Deals, Buy-More-Save-More, Virtual Bundles, Subscribe & Save where applicable. Weekly ranking operations: position tracking, bid escalation on improvers, creative refresh on CTR decay, search-term-driven listing updates.
Amazon Attribution + Brand Referral Bonus on all external campaigns. TikTok / Reels / Shorts — the crop-waste, farmer-income and QR stories are made for short video — plus Pinterest, Google Shopping & SEO, eco-lifestyle media, and a 10K–100K micro-influencer seeding program with best UGC licensed into Amazon video slots. A Shopify-based EHA USA web presence complements Amazon: storytelling, wholesale inquiries, email list, blog / SEO.
Each channel opens only when the previous is stable — all under one MAP policy and one claims discipline, protecting price integrity everywhere EHA appears.
Core engine: take over existing ASINs, launch heroes, build reviews, establish rank.
The second-largest US marketplace, actively recruiting sustainable assortment — listings adapted from proven Amazon content. Etsy for gifting and the made-in-India story.
EHA USA brand home, email community, wholesale inquiries and corporate gifting portal; Faire wholesale into eco boutiques, garden centers and pet stores; corporate, hospitality, schools and caterers via Deepleen's client network.
By invitation / eligibility; social commerce once the UGC library is built.
Marketplace messages answered within 24 hours (target under 12), pre-sale questions, order issues and proactive outreach on negative experiences.
Physical processing at the Texas DC: inspection, grading, repackaging of resellable units — with defect and damage root causes fed back to EHA and Spacetrick.
Care & use education in inserts, listings and an FAQ hub; review and Q&A monitoring with rapid responses; monthly VoC summaries shared with EHA, including product improvement suggestions.
A weekly operating dashboard, shared monthly with EHA in summary form — plus quarterly business reviews with EHA leadership.
Designed so both sides win: EHA retains full ownership and gains a committed, accountable US partner; we gain the security that justifies substantial investment in inventory, advertising and brand building. All points open for discussion.
EHA established as a recognized sustainable home & kitchen brand on Amazon.com — page-1 organic rank on primary keywords for every hero SKU, 4.5★+ ratings, zero unauthorized sellers.
Pet care established as EHA's signature US category.
Multi-channel foundation live — Amazon + Walmart + Etsy + DTC + B2B — under one MAP and one brand voice.
Year-1 purchase commitment met — triggering the next term and deeper partnership.
EHA has spent a decade building material technology and a brand with real integrity. We have built the US infrastructure, market expertise and client network to carry it across the world's largest market — and the commitment to do it properly: honest claims, protected pricing, funded marketing, full transparency.
